Good day Adiva,

I hope this message finds you well. After you introduced me to the JR
Turner Foundation and asked me to join your team and work for you, there
were a number of questions and concerns that I had.

Below are the questions that I need to be answered (to the best of your
ability), for me to ascertain if I will be joining the JR Foundation Team.

*REGARDING THE ORGANIZATION:*

1. Please list the TYPE of Programs that the organization will be running.

2. What are the organization's overall goals in the first year?

*REGARDING THE ROLE:*

1. What is the specific role you would like me to undertake?
- Development Manager
- Programmes Officer
- Social Media/ Website Management

These 3 roles are very specific and very different (particularly the DM and
PO roles) and I am only able to do one.

2. During the deferred payment period, how many days am I required to work
in a given week?

3. During the deferred payment period, how many hours per day will I be
required to work?

4. Will times set aside for meetings that I need to attend fall under
working hours?

5. What will be the day-to-day responsibilities of the role that you choose
for me to do? (I need a detailed job description before I can start)

6. What are my deliverables for the first 3 months?

7. How will you evaluate my success in this role at the end of the deferred
payment period?

8. How much travel is expected during the deferred payment period?

9. How much travel is expected after the deferred payment period?

10. Will times set aside for meeting that I need to attend fall under
working hours?

*REGARDING SALARY:*

1. How long is the period of deferred payment?

2. What is my monthly stipend during the deferred payment? ( We had
previously spoken about an amount between USD$200 - USD$300 )

3. Will this monthly stipend be deducted from the monthly salary owed to me
after the deferred payment? That is to say instead of getting $3500 per
month I will now be getting $3500 minus the agreed-upon stipend?

4. If a salary increase is based on the organization "taking off", Please
define what "Taking off" means. For example, $X in funding was acquired.

5. If the organization has not "Taken off",
i) What is the MINIMUM amount of money that I will be paid for the work
done during the deferred payment period.
ii) How long will it take for the organization to pay me the minimum amount
indicated in part 1 of this question.

*REGARDING CONTRACT:*

Before I start working for the JR Foundation, is it possible for you to
draw up a contract, that we both sign, that covers all the discussion
points detailed in the questions above, and will be renewable every 3
