- The Jr Foundation is a non-profit organization that aims to spread
knowledge of African and African American history while recognizing black
identity and safeguarding African heritage and culture.

We will construct and erect monuments and statues honouring notable
Africans and African Americans. One of the initiatives we will carry out is
an exchange program for students, who will visit from other continents and
get a first-hand view of Africa.

2. What are the organization's overall goals in the first year?

- The primary objective for the first year is fundraising so that we can
carry out the projects we had planned.

*REGARDING THE ROLE:*

1. What is the specific role you would like me to undertake?

- Grants and Fundraising Manager - this is the role that has been chosen
for me

- Programmes Officer - as needed

2. During the deferred payment period, how many days am I required to work
in a given week?

-  Provisionally, 3 days a week

3. During the deferred payment period, how many hours per day will I be
required to work?

- Provisionally, 5 hours (9 am - 2 pm)

- $250 is the decided deferred payment monthly salary

- If the organization receives funding before the deferred payment term
expires, upper management will agree to an increase in the monthly income
(not full salary, but a higher salary, such as $2,000 or $2,500).

3. Will this monthly stipend be deducted from the monthly salary owed to me
after the deferred payment? That is to say instead of getting $3500 per
month I will now be getting $3500 minus the agreed-upon stipend?

4. If a salary increase is based on the organization "taking off", Please
define what "Taking off" means. For example, $X in funding was acquired.

- The staff's compensation raise will go into effect as soon as any funding
is received.

5. If the organization has not "Taken off",

done during the deferred payment period.

- In the improbable event that the organization has not taken off, I will
be paid 60% of the compensation outlined in my contract. (If my monthly
compensation were $4,000, for instance, I would receive a lesser payment of
$2,500 per month for the number of months I worked for the JR Foundation.

*REGARDING CONTRACT:*

Before I start working for the JR Foundation, is it possible for you to
draw up a contract, that we both sign, that covers all the discussion

months?

- A two-year contract will be created for me with the stipulation that I
can end my relationship with the JR Foundation at any time after the first
six months without incurring any fees. This provision is reciprocal in that
the JR Foundation may end my employment after six months if they decide
they no longer want me to work for them.
